Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Findu Group. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including Findu Elite Matchmaking, Founder Circle, the Findu App, and our websites (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• For Findu Elite and Founder Circle, meet any additional eligibility criteria established for membership

Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain inaccurate information.

Our Services

Findu Elite Matchmaking

Our premium matchmaking service provides personalized introductions based on your preferences and our professional assessment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or that you will find a romantic partner. Matchmaking decisions are made at our sole discretion.

Founder Circle

Founder Circle is an invitation-only networking community. Membership is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with community guidelines. We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time.

Findu App

The Findu App provides a digital platform for dating and relationship-building. Users are responsible for their interactions with other users and should exercise appropriate caution.

Membership and Fees

Certain Services require payment of membership fees:

• Fees are specified at the time of purchase and may vary by service level
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in commercial solicitation without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Findu Group or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

• That Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy or completeness of any information
• Specific outcomes from using our matchmaking services
• The behavior or character of other users

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDU GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Findu Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
